Not only do we edit our own photography and video work we are available to offer to consult on post-production workflows or plug-in and play directly with your photography/video studio or business. Our editing team will become an offsite extension for your marketing team. Always providing zippy platform-specific deliverables at high volume.

Ash Studios is a full-service image production studio spinning photography and video services into e-commerce gold.
Pre-Production.
Working within budgets, talent scouting of models and hair & make-up artists, art direction of brand imagery or deciphering the best techniques to match existing brand photography, and creating image style guides are all moving parts of pre-production.
Receiving shipped stock and returning it within days is a common practice within our business, receiving in and prep of stock is all included in our costs. Even better if you are local as there is always stock that gets missed and the pop-over is super convenient.
Our friendly production team is here to work closely with you to ensure all the aspects of pre-production have been covered for your shoot and a smooth and successful workflow is put in place right from the beginning to achieve the best visual outcomes for your brand.
Production.
Photography and video production can mean a range of different things to different clients. This can include the following: on-model e-commerce, in-studio, and lifestyle fashion shoots, still-life-styled product shoots, still motion GIFs, ghost mannequin imagery, flat lay and fashion motion videos are all and some services we offer for websites and socials.
Clients are welcome on-site to oversee outcomes and work closely with our photographers or if not necessary we quite happily work ‘remotely’ with music at volume or our favorite podcast blowing our minds as we get busy.
Lastly, as an addition to our other shoot services, we also offer portrait/headshots in-studio and on-location and real estate photography and video which includes all editing.
Post Production.
Our editing team are specialists in image retouching, video editing and 3D product creation (note NFTs). Providing zippy platform-specific deliverables at high volume.
Retouching includes natural model retouching, cropping a high volume of images ready for website uploads, renaming, ghost mannequin retouching, flat lay editing, complex garment retouching, and inserting grey or white backgrounds, true colour matching of garments to digital images online. Our editing fairies are photoshop guru’s who love a challenge.
Video post-production includes anywhere between short basic clips to larger productions. Contact our production team to discuss your project.
We believe 3D product design and creation is in its infancy for e-commerce and the future of the web. Please don’t hesitate to open up the discussion of NFTs and or producing 3D versions of your products including garments to use as selling tools on your website and other marketplaces in anticipation of Web 3 and beyond.

Highly proficient and agile in a fast-changing digital landscape, Founder Sonia H. is a bit good (read wizardess) with over 20 years of experience in advertising, fashion, and e-commerce photography. Alongside Sonia are Kersha and Julia and a handpicked zippy little team of freelancer editors living their best and who reliably produce content gold across continents for the likes of Zulu and Zephyr, Tank Stream Designs, Nagnata, Arnhem, Araminta James, Surf Dive N ski, Spell, Munster Kids, Simone Ellis, Mr Simple and a number individual photographers. Our sweet spot is e-commerce fashion and products, and recently 3D product asset creations however we continue to traverse industries. Ash Studios works with industry creatives to move artful products in the digital space.
